Mr. William "Billy" Hartridge Oglesby, 58, of Millen, died Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Jenkins County Hospital.

He was born in Columbus, GA, a U. S. Army veteran, a Machinist/Mechanic for Koyo Bearings in Sylvania and was a Baptist.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p. m. until 8:00 p. m. Thursday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.

Memorial service will be 2:00 p. m. Friday at West Millen Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Allen officiating.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hartridge and Jeanette Jackson Oglesby and son, Brandon McKenzie.

He is survived by the mother of his children, Jennifer Kent Oglesby of Millen; children, Beth Welden (Dave), Jared McNorrill Levi Oglesby, and Zoey Oglesby all of Millen; grandchildren, Annora Welden and Duncan Welden; his sisters, Patricia Stewart of Forsyth and Debbie Johnson of Thomaston; his brothers, Richard Oglesby of Ridgeland, SC, Larry Oglesby of Pennsylvania, and Greg Oglesby of Thomaston.
