William Fred Burke, age 73, died Monday, February 8, 2021 at Meadows Memorial Hospital in Vidalia.

He was a native of Jenkins County, a retired carpenter, an avid fisherman, and a Baptist.

Mr. Burke was preceded in death by his parents, Walton and Bob Burke, brothers, Billy, Bobby and Ted Burke, sister, Juanita Kinard, and sister-in-law, Diane Burke.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Millen Cemetery with Rev. Hubert Reeves III officiating. Visitation will follow the service.

Survivors include his 2 daughters, Ginger Herrmann (Rew) of Vidalia and Tami Davis of Portal; a son, William Burke (Brandi) of Swainsboro; a sister, Regis Moore of Millen; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
