Mrs. Venice Aaron Gay, 92, died peacefully Monday, August 2, 2021 at her daughter's residence in Winterville.

She was born in Jenkins County, a homemaker and was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband John R. Gay.

Graveside service will be 11:00 am Wednesday at Hebron Cemetery in Garfield with Rev. Butch Taylor officiating.

Survivors include her 2 daughters, Shirley Gay of Savannah and Janice Gay (Emory III) of Athens; 2 sons, Charlie Gay (Barbara) of Garfield and Johny Gay (Debbie) of Live Oak, FL; 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
