Obituary

Mr. Tommy Lee Proctor, age 65, of 5126 Lewis Church Rd., died Monday, November 11, 2013 at University Hospital in Augusta.
He was born March 17, 1948 in Jenkins County, and was a retired crane operator and farmer. He was a U. S. Army veteran, and member of Elam Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Operator Engineers Local Union #474 and the Georgia Farm Bureau.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p. m., Thursday at Elam Baptist Church with Revs. Kevin Farmer, Perry Hearn, Tommy Rountree and Randy Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis Church Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Anne Canady Proctor; 2 sons, Thomas Earl Proctor and Johnathon Lee (Kay) Proctor of Millen; a sister, Mary Jane Proctor Collins of Garfield; 3 grandchildren, Austin Thomas Proctor, Ian Lee Proctor, and Layla Elizabeth Proctor.

Active Pallbearers will be Billy Oglesby, Donnie Oglesby, Tway Oglesby, Richard McNeely, Fred "Doodle" Johnson, and Jimmy Dean Clark.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Raymond Blackburn, Randy Blackburn, Larry Hall, Leroy Lane, Terry Reynolds, Hubert Hutchinson, Jay Elmore, and members of the Point of Grace Sunday School Class.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
