Mrs. Tabatha Burke Stewart, 37, of Marietta, died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Kennestone Hospital.

She was born in Orlando, FL, grew up in Millen, and was an assistant teacher for Eastside Weekday Preschool and a member of Eastside Baptist Church.

Her uncle and aunt, Sidney and Geraline Burke raised her from a little girl after her mother, Clara Ann Burke, passed away suddenly.
Funeral Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church with Revs. Newman Samples and Edwin Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosemary Baptist Church cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Vincent Stewart; a daughter, Sarah Stewart; a son, Oliver Stewart of Marietta; and her brother, Thomas (Wendi) Burke of Valdosta.

Active Pallbearers will be Allen Burke, Brett Burke, Clayton Burke, Denny Orr Sr., Denny Orr Jr., and Ryan Hays.

Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm at Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church.
