Mr. Ronald Michael Jacobs, age 68, died Monday, April 9, 2018.

He was born in Syracuse, NY and was a retired carpenter.

Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p. m. at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home in Millen.

Memorial Service will be Saturday at 11:00 a. m. at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.

Survivors include his significant other, Diane McMillan of Millen; 2 children, Ronald M. Jacobs Jr. of CA and Tina Marie J. Dahlman of WA; 3 sisters, Gloria Jacobs of Millen, Alexandria Hodges, and Shirley Jacobs of NY; and a brother, Phillip Jacobs of FL and several grandchildren.
