Mr. Roland Jerome Jackson, age 77, died, Saturday, September 25, 2021 at his residence.

He was born in Bulloch County, a retired carpenter, and a member of Long Branch Church of God.

Visitation will be from 2:30 pm Monday at Long Branch Church of God with funeral to follow at 3:30 pm with Revs. Britt Peavy and Heath Wingard officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Jackson; 3 daughters, Joy Ann Waters (Randy) of Oregon, Wanda Sue Troisi of Tennille, and Jennifer Lee Jackson of Athens; a son, Dave Jerome Jackson of Louisiana; a brother, James "Roundhead" Jackson (Linda) of Millen; two sisters, Barbara Graham of Portal and Vicky Dixon of Sardis; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Charles Brannen, Jay Lane, Jason Wilson, Tommy Lane, Perry Lane, Grady Dixon, Al Jackson, and Luke Morris.
