Ralph "Rat" Jackson passed away on June 11, 2024 after a brief illness. He was 85 years of age.

He was born in Jenkins County, a retired Security Guard for Jockey International and loved farming.

Ralph was preceded in death by his son Rickey Joe Jackson and his brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his children, a son, Edward Jackson Sr., daughters, Brenda Burke, Patricia Murray all of Millen and Donna Phillips (Tony) of Aiken, SC.

Ralph leaves behind an amazing legacy of numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.

He always had a passion for his family and is the soul source that has kept it together all these years. He lived a great life and will be remembered for many years to come.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 12 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.

Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Thursday, June 13 at Millen Cemetery.
