Otis Junior Williams, of Millen, Georgia, formerly of Sylvania, entered into eternal rest on December 4, 2025, at 2:05 P.M. at his home in Millen, under the compassionate care of Gentiva Hospice.

Otis loved nothing more than spending time with his children and grandchildren. His family was his greatest joy, and he welcomed every opportunity to gather, laugh, and share in life's simple blessings. Known for his warm humor, deep love for God, and steadfast dedication to protecting and caring for his family, Otis touched the lives of all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nita Mae Williams; his parents, Aaron and Marie Williams; and many other loved ones who went before him.

Otis is survived by his children; Loretta Sue Williams, Martha Ann Ricciardi (Michael Ricciardi), Janie Marie Weyer (Randall Weyer), and Walter Otis Williams (Teresia Williams); sisters, Pearl Milton and Velma Corbin. He also leaves behind ten grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren, who will carry his legacy forward with pride.

Otis Williams will be forever remembered for his sense of humor, his faith in God, and his unwavering devotion to his family. His memory will remain a blessing to all who loved him.

A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Williams Family Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
