Mrs. Minnie Lee Brinson Johnson, age 101, died Saturday, November 23, 2019.

She was born in Jenkins County, a homemaker, and member of Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church.

Her Sunday family meals were her pride and joy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Zere Johnson, 11 brothers and sisters, and 2 daughters, Anne Marie Martinez and Estelle Fields.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church with Revs. Edwin Taylor, Andy Allen, and Butch Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Bennett Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughters, Sara Hurst of Midville, Erlene Dailey (DeRoy) of Millen, Trudie Oglesby of Millen, and Judy Standridge (Troy) of Millen; a son, Hugh Johnson (Jewell) of Swainsboro; 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
