Mr. Merrill Pye, age 66, died Sunday, August 5, 2018.

He was born in Jenkins County, was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator for Chance Construction, and a Baptist.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Wednesday at Green Fork Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include his 2 sons, Bruce Pye (Diane) and Jason Pye (Nicole) of Millen; a step-daughter, Amanda Miss of Sycamore; 9 grandchildren, and 2 brothers, Ronald Pye of Millen and Jimmy Pye (Patricia) of Portal.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
