Mr. Martin Lindsey, 61, died Saturday, March 18, 2023.

He was born in Burke County, a stocking clerk for Lowes and was a member of Deep Creek Freewill Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Irene Lindsey, sister, Charlotte Boardman and brother Michael Lindsey.

Visitation will be Wednesday at 1:00 pm at the Deep Creek Freewill Baptist Church with funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm. Revs. Butch Taylor and Jeremy Lindsey will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Millen Cemetery.

Survivors include his son, Cody Lindsey (Terrell) of St Charles, Mo; three sisters, Charlene L. Strickland and Karen Varnell both of Millen and Diane L. Potter of Sylvania; two brothers, Darrell Lindsey and Charles E. Lindsey of Millen.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Taylor, Craig Morris, Brandon Lindsey, Chuck Lindsey, Jackie Kernaghan, and Joshua Lindsey.

Crowe-Fields Funeral Home of Millen is in charge of arrangements.
