Martha Lewis Phillips' Obituary
Mrs. Martha Lewis Phillips, age 74, died Saturday, December 1, 2012.
She was born in Jenkins County, and was a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Monday at the Crowe-Fields Funeral Home with the Revs. Butch Taylor and Jamie Archer officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Baptist Church cemetery.
Survivors include her 2 daughters, Vivian Scott and Tammie Mixon both of Augusta; sister, Jean Thompson of Millen; a brother, Emory Lewis of Rincon; and a granddaughter, Jennie Ann Durden of Augusta.
Visitation will be Monday one hour prior to the service from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
