Mrs. Lynn Schwonke Burke, age 70, died Thursday, December 13, 2018.

She was born in Minnesota on 9 November 1948 to the late Don and Lois Schwonke. She was a retired newspaper setter for the Millen News for many years, and a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, the late "Ole Boy" Herbert Earl Burke in August of 2005.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2018, at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, Sylvania, GA.

Survivors include her two sons Chad Burke of Millen and Lt Col Slade Burke of Tampa, FL, along with his wife Shannon, and her three grandsons; Braydun, Kaiya and Graysen. Additionally, her sister Pam Hodges of Amelia Island, FL, and brother Mark Schwonke of Millen.
