Mrs. Lynda Zeagler Daniel, age 69, died Thursday, November 21, 2019.

Born in Screven County, was a retired teacher for the Jenkins County Board of Education, and was an active member of the Millen Baptist Church.

She also was a member of the Millen Baptist Church Social Committee, had taught Sunday School for over 25 years, member of the Anita Gay Tinley Sunday School Class, and Secretary of the Millen Garden Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. "Jimmy" Daniel and her parents, George Ozzie and Carrie Weaver Zeagler.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 25, 2019 at Millen Baptist Church with Rev. Brad Asbury and Dr. Maurice Crowder officiating. The family will receive visitors prior to the service at the church.

She is survived by her son, Geoffrey Daniel (Lindsey) of New Braunfels, TX; daughter, Rebekah Serrano (Antonio) of Riverview, FL; 3 grandchildren, Kason Daniel, Hallie Daniel, and Ana Camila Serrano; 3 sisters, Terri Adams (Michael) of Millen, Gayle Cousar (Al) and Annora Mallard (Kerry) of Sylvania; and an uncle, Carlton Weaver (Etta Rae) of Sylvania.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to Millen Baptist Church Building Fund.
