Lucille Gainey Saxon's Obituary
Anna Lucille Gainey Saxon, age 74, died Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at her residence.
She was born in Bradenton, FL, a homemaker, and was a member of the McDonald Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Saturday, at the McDonald Baptist Church with Revs. Butch Taylor and Jack Gatlin officiating. Burial will follow in the Millen Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Alex Saxon of Sylvania; 3 daughters, Kim (Randy) Oglesby of Millen, Jill (Otis) Becton, and Nora Gail Saxon both of Sylvania; a son, Alex (Bud) Saxon Jr. of Sylvania; a sister, Nora (J. D.) Henry of Metter; a brother, William (Wilma) Gainey of Millen; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Active Pallbearers will be Randy Oglesby Jr., Evan Oglesby, Garrett Oglesby, Tyler Becton, Bart Gainey, Brett Gainey, Ricky Saxon, and Wesley Aaron.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Henry Young, Dr. Kyle Gay, Buddy Saxon, Jerry Hogan, Johnny Herrington, and Dwayne Herrington.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
