Mrs. Lisa Ann Sacristan McCullough, age 46, died Thursday September 6, 2012.
She was born in Brooklyn, NY, a homemaker, and a member of the St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
Memorial Mass will be 11:00 am Tuesday at the St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis McCullough of Millen; children, Derrick, Jakia, Zemar, Krystle, Rakiesta and Miranda and 4 grandchildren; brother, Ramon; Sister, Ramona; and father, Raymond.
Visitations will be Sunday from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Monday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
