Mrs. Linda Jean Williford Oglesby, age 73, died Friday, March 10, 2023 at her residence.

She was born in Jefferson County, a homemaker and a member of Deep Creek Freewill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bradley Oglesby, parents Nellie Mae and Albert Williford, son, Joey Oglesby and special friend, Robert Pylant.

Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Monday at the Ogeechee Freewill Baptist Church with Revs. Edwin Taylor and Butch Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Deep Creek cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter, Jenifer Bennett (Stacey); and a son, Adam Oglesby (Tina) of Millen; a sister, Sara Pittman (Jimmy); brother, Freddy Williford of Louisville, 5 grandsons, Josh Oglesby, Justin Oglesby, Brad Oglesby, and Cade Oglesby and Allen Bennett, 3 granddaughters, Katelyn Boone (Ben), Leighanne Oglesby, Mackayla Oglesby; 3 great grandchildren, J.B. Boone IV., Jamesden Boone, and Olivia Clifton.

Active Pallbearers will be Brad Oglesby, Jason Oglesby, Shawn Oglesby, Ben Boone, Tyler Troisi, and Randy Oglesby.
