Mrs. Kathryn "Kitty" Daughtry, age 71, died Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Ogeechee Hospice.
She was born in Jenkins County, a home maker, and was a member of the Spoken Word Church of Beach Island, SC.

Visitation will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday followed by the funeral service at 4:00 p.m. at Rosemary Baptist Church with Revs. Butch Taylor and Michale Ulteig officiating. Burial will follow in the Millen Cemetery.

Survivors include a son, Jerald Wright of Millen; her mother, Beatrice P. Taylor of Gloverville, SC; a brother, Tommy Spence of Millen; and a grandchild, Nikk Wright.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Pope, Bill Pope, Joe Pope, Billy Spence, Ricky Spence, and Bob Bennett.
