Waynesboro, Ga. - Karen Carleen J. Flakes Jenkins, age 57, died Thursday, November 8, 2012 from injuries received in an auto accident.

She was born in Jenkins County, a retail manager for Family Dollar, and a member of Green Fork Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Sunday at the Green Fork Baptist Church with Revs. Brad Boynton and Jimmy Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include her 3 sons, Dwayne Flakes, Derrick Flakes, and Mark Jenkins all of Waynesboro; a sister, Joan J. Reynolds of Millen; 2 brothers, Michael Joyner and Junior Joyner both of Millen; and 3 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Bob Dailey, Felton Joyner, Mickey Joyner, Michael Turner, Chad Watson, Robbie Reynolds, Mark Joyner, and Albert Joyner.

Visitation will be Saturday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
