Joyce Snider Andrews, 79, passed away Monday, October 21st after a brief illness.

Joyce was born in Glascock County and spent her childhood in Millen before moving to Conyers. She retired from Conyers Middle School as a parapro; was a member of Rockdale Baptist Church, the Radiant Sunday School Class and a member of Conyers Garden Club.

She is preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Bessie Snider and her husband Pierce Andrews.

Survivors include her daughter, Allison Andrews, Gainesville, GA and sister Martha S. Brinson Millen, GA, sister-in-law Uldena Denton (Al) and brother-in-law Al Andrews (Kyla), Deepstep, GA and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was fondly known as Aunt "Joyous" by her great niece and nephew, Addyson and Kayson Binz.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Rockdale Baptist Church with Dr. Billy Moss officiating; interment will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Millen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
