Mr. Johnny Becton, age 80, entered into rest Monday morning June 24, 2019 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta.

He was born in Jenkins County, he was retired supervisor and production manager for both Burke Manufacturing Company and Ramstar Mills. Johnny was an active member of the Millen Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School.

Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at the Millen Baptist Church with Revs. Brad Asbury, Paul Dennis, Tommy Pullium, Gabi Becton, and Cam Wiggins officiating. Burial will follow in the Millen Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Becton; 3 sons, Johnny Becton Jr. of Millen; Tim Becton (Carol) of Elberton, and Rodney Becton (Huldah) of Sylvania; a sister, Jean Skinner; 2 brothers, Rudolph Becton (Jeanette) and Rudean Becton (Sandy) of Millen; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Active Pallbearers Bob Johnson, James Johnson, Chip Mixon, Dave Waters, Johnny Thomas, Joe Sasser.

Honorary pallbearers Boch Sunday School Class and Eight o'clock coffee club.
