John Jason Lee (Jase), 35, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at his home in Millen, GA.

Jase was born and raised in Millen. He graduated from Jenkins County High School in 2007. His love for the outdoors started with his daddy in the logging business at the age of eight. From then on, you could always find him doing something outside. If he wasn't riding the ranger, he was probably fishing in the river or in a nearby pond. He always had his beloved dog, Millee, by his side.

He was preceded in his death by his grandfathers, Wilbur Lee Jr., Bill McDaniel, and John Lane; uncles, Jimmy Hendley and Keith Lee and cousin, Jeremy Hendley.

Jase is survived by his mother, Connie Arnold (Jay); father, Greg Lee (Susanne); sister, Candace Rabitsch; brother, Josh Lee (Shelby); stepbrothers, Hunter Clark, Miles Arnold (Kelli), Tyler Arnold (Lindy); fiancé, Cassie Johnson and her children Ab and Brodee Cate Johnson; grandmothers, Louise Barker and Shelvy Jean McDaniel and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Clay Brinson, Brian Brinson, Dereck Herrmann, Brannon Bush, Jason Johnson, and Ryan Cates.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday May 10, 2025, at Oak Hill Baptist Church with the Reverend Joshua Johnson, Jeremy Lindsey and Edwin Taylor officiating. Visitation will take place at the church from 10:00 AM until the service begins. Burial will follow at Millen Cemetery.
