Joel Hooks, Jr.'s Obituary
Joel M. Hooks, Jr., age 54, died Monday, December 31, 2012 at his residence.
He was born in Chatham County, a truck owner/operator, and a Baptist.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Millen Baptist Church with Rev. David Wheeler officiating. Burial will be in the Elam Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Jones Hooks; 2 sons, Brandon and Sydney Hooks; a daughter, Christen "Coopie" Hooks; parents, Joel and Jackie Hooks all of Millen; a sister, Julie (Chris) Conway of Perry; and 2 grandchildren, Makayla and Cameron Hooks.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
