Miss Jewel Dixon, age 82, died Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Ogeechee Area Hospice.

She was born April 15, 1936 in Baxley, GA to the late James Monroe and Dora Bridges Dixon. Before her retirement she was an Executive Loan Officer for HSBC in Augusta. She was also a member of Millen Baptist Church.

Visitation will start at 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 Saturday at Millen Baptist Church with Revs. Brad Asbury, Matt Gilpin and Dr. Maurice Crowder officiating. Burial will follow in the Millen Cemetery.

Survivors include her sister, Robbie M. Coleman; nieces, Kathy (Glen) Mays; Sunny (Mark) Posey; Martha Cain and nephew, Johnny Dubberly; and several great nieces and nephews.

Active Pallbearers will be Glen Mays, Bobby Dailey, Daniel Posey, Paul Reeves, Dave Waters, and Joe Sasser.
