Jerry Wayne Clifton, 74, passed away peacefully during the night of February 22, 2025.

Jerry Wayne worked many years at Brigadier Mobile Homes, Cooper Weiss and he worked in construction for Jerry Dailey.  His passions were hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Wayne Clifton, Jr., his father, Emmitt Clifton, his mother, Mary Moore Clifton Harris, his step-father, William Harris, his grandson, Anttaney Clifton and sister-in-law Vickie Clifton.

He leaves behind two daughters, Jerry Renea Clifton of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Kristy Clifton Akridge of Sardis, GA; two stepchildren, Lee Amerson of Millen and Alicia McKinney (Avery) of Stilson, GA; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Darrel Clifton (Margaret Ann) of Millen and Jerald Clifton of Augusta, GA.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Millen Cemetery with the Reverend Butch Taylor officiating. Visitation will be immediately following the service.
