Mrs. Jeanette Parker Brantley, age 85, died Friday, December 29, 2017.

She was born in Millen but was raised outside Ogeechee, Ga. She was a homemaker and member of the Millen Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Millen Garden Club and was a certified show judge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm and Dollie Parker; husband Harold Brantley, brother, Harold Parker, and step-son, Chris Brantley.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Millen Cemetery with Dr. Maurice Crowder officiating. Visitation will be after the service at the Social Hall of the Millen Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Jeff (Angie) Brantley of Millen; her, step-daughter, Rhonda Brantley of Dunnellon, FL, a step-son, Phillip Brantley (Lisa) of Ft. Myers, FL; a step-daughter-in-law, Lynda Arnold of Knoxville, TN, her grandchildren, Jeremy (Jennifer), Josh and Jason Brantley of Knoxville, TN, Collette Thrasher (Ricky) of Ft. Myers, FL, Steven Brantley of Macon, and Ava Brantley of Millen; sister-in-law, Jo Anne Parker of Sylvania and several nieces and nephews.
