Obituary

Jane Ellery Mock passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Perkins, GA. but lived most of her life in Sylvania. She was a seamstress Thomson Company and owner of Badcock Furniture and a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

Jane loved crocheting, cross stitch, fishing, taking trips to the mountains and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lois Madeline Saxon and James Alvin Mock; son, Thomas Richard Lovett, brother, Clarrence Mock and sister, Mabelene Bland.

Visitation will be Friday from 6 pm until 8 pm at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.

Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Saturday at Oak Hill Baptist Cemetery.

Survivors include her loving sons, Earl Burke Jr. (Wendy) of Waynesboro and Ronnie Arthur (Becky) of Statesboro; a sister, Joyce Bland of Macon; 3 grandchildren, Brittany Phillips (Jeffery) and Ben Burke both of Waynesboro, Daniel Burke (Amber) of Sylvania; 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
