Mr. James Robert "Bobie" Blackburn, 76, entered into rest on Sunday, March 26, 2017.
He was born March 30, 1940 in Savannah, was a U. S. Army National Guard veteran, a retired truck sales person and attended Bull Street Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a. m. Wednesday, March 29 at Dry Branch Baptist Church cemetery. Visitation will be after the service.
Survivors include his daughter, Debra Kay Blackburn Dobbins; a son, Terry Curtis Blackburn both of Atlanta; and several cousins.
