Jacob Daniel Berry, age 15, died Saturday, February 27, 2016.
He was born in Burke County, and attended school in the Jenkins County School System.

He liked fishing, riding bikes, playing kickball and shooting basketball. He loved playing with his dog, and also liked to watch wrestling and football on TV. Jacob really enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

In 2015, He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior.

Visitation will be at 2:00 pm Thursday at Oak Hill Baptist Church. Funeral Service will begin at 4:00 pm. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Archie Jordan will officiate.

Survivors include his parents, Dewey and Linda Lovett and Benji and Mary Jane Berry; a brother, Josey Clyde Berry; a sister, Gabrielle Renee Berry; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and his very beloved pet - "Peaches".

Active Pallbearers will be Charles Lovett Sr., Charles Lovett Jr., Lee Lovett, Tyler Brackin, Austin Brackin and Carl Brackin.
