Jackie Poythress Flanders, 89, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023 at her residence.

She was born in Jenkins County, was a homemaker, and member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

Funeral \services will be 11:00 am Monday, July 24, at Oak Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Joshua Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be starting at 10 am until funeral time.

Pallbearers will be deacons of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her Husband, Henry A. Flanders, Jr.; parents, Gordon and Mabel Poythress; sister, Farris Markovcic; and son Troy J. Brinson.

Survivors include her son, Dean Brinson (Debra) of Millen; two daughters, Karen Burroughs (Jim) and Mary Chatfield; grandchildren, Jessica Wilson (Lindy); Brian Brinson (Shana), Clay Brinson (Lauren), April Hurst (Lin), Allison Dann (Mike) and Haley Fleming (Zach); 20 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren; and Special Niece, Wanda Black.
