Mrs. Helen T. Davis, age 80, died Monday, April 14, 2014 at Jenkins County Hospital.

She was born in Burke County, a retired seamstress for Thomson Company, and a member of the Millen Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a. m., Wednesday, at the Oak Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Archer officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Richmond Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Survivors include her 2 daughters, Becky (Michael) Yoke and Ruth (Jewel) Williams of Millen; 4 sons, Jimmy (Joann) Davis of Fountain Inn, SC, Gregory (Wendy) Davis of Sardis, Joe (Melissa) Davis of Daufuskie Island, SC, and Jamie (Stephanie) Davis of Millen; a brother, James Sanders of Wrens; 3 sisters, Carolyn Shockly and Evalena Hess of Alma, TX, and Dee Hamilton of San Bernardino, CA.

Active Pallbearers will be Matt Bazemore, Wally Sasser, B. J. Sasser, Wally Sasser Jr., Louis Perryman, and Delton McKinney.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
