Mrs. Evelyn Pierce Lane, 84, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro.

She was born in Jenkins County, a homemaker and was a member of Rosemary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady L. Lane, Sr. son, Grady L. Lane, Jr. and daughter, Gloria Lane McCoy.

Graveside service will be 11:00 am Saturday at Millen Cemetery with Rev. Butch Taylor officiating.

A short viewing will be a half hour before the service.

Survivors include her daughter, Shannon Lane; son, Richard Lane (Tina); grandchildren, Megan Lane Deal (Beau), Bryce Lane, Kristi Lane, and Macy Walker and 5 great grandchildren with another expected in February.
