Mrs. Elease Parker McMillan Clarke, age 86, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022 at Memory Care facility in Savannah.

She was born in Screven County to the late Horace and Ophelia Dickey Parker but had lived in Jenkins County most of her life. She retired as a seamstress for Jockey International.

Elease was preceded in death in addition to her parents, her siblings Louise, Harrison, Emory, Leo, Millard, Willie, and Leon, her first husband, Ernest McMillan and second husband, Edward Clarke, her three sons, Raye McMillan, Gene McMillan, and Roy McMillan, and two daughters, June Godwin and Faye Martineau.

Graveside Services will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, at Millen Cemetery with Rev. Andy Allen officiating.

Survivors include her 3 daughters, Kaye Roarick of Guyton, Ann Jeselnik of Millen, and Dale Bailey of Statesboro; 2 sons, Tony McMillan of Rock Hill, SC and David McMillan of Millen,, twelve grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Family and friends will meet at noon Thursday for one hour at the funeral home.
