Mr. David Allen Cunningham Sr., age 57, died Friday, March 29, 2019.

He was born in Vermillion, Ohio, was a retired Truck Driver as Owner Operator, and was a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest "Red Cloud" Scott.

Visitation Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home. Graveside service will be immediately after the visitation with Rev. Butch Taylor officiating.

Survivors include his, 3 daughters, Bobbie Jo Cunningham; Tiffony Dale Cunningham of Millen, Angel Denise Mingledorff of Sylvania; 2 sons, David A. Cunningham Jr. of Millen, and Dennis Andrew Cunningham of Millen; his mother, Lucille D. Scott of Millen; sisters, Tina Bragg of Millen, Joyce Jaworski and Cheryl Leimbach of Ohio; brother, Ricky Forrest of Millen; and 6 grandchildren.
