Mr. Clyde S. Williams, age 85, died Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.

He was born in Candler County, U. S. Army veteran of World War II, a retired Auto Body Repairman for Parker Auto Sales in Waynesboro, and a member of the West Millen Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Janet Williams.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Wednesday at the West Millen Baptist Church with the Revs. Andy Allen and Perry Hearn officiating. Burial will follow in the Millen Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Ray Sikes Williams of Millen; 3 sons, Stevie (Nancy) Williams of Albany, Jerry (Tammy) Williams of Millen, and Kenny (Josephine) Williams of Oak Island, GA; a sister, Mary Elizabeth (Johnny) Lanier of Metter; 6 grandchildren, Stephanie (Heath) Fountain, Staci (Greg) Wright, Molly Williams, Emily Williams, Eric Williams, and Shannon Coleman; a great grandchild, Whatley Fountain.

Active Pallbearers will be Raymond Flakes, Albert Davis, Alvin Burke, Darrel Clifton, Eddy Conway, and Bubba Rountree.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jimmy Edenfield, Larry Thompson, Ray Garvin, and Al McConnell.

Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday at the Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
