Mr. Clayton Travis Becton, 42, died Saturday, September 18, 2021 at AU Medical Center in Augusta.

He was born in Louisiana, was a grounds maintenance employee for Burke County Board of
Education and was a member of Green Fork Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday at at Green Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Curry officiating.

He is survived by his son, Joshua Becton of Metter; Parents, Danny Ray and Charlotte Becton of Perkins; Sister, Loreal Becton Decker; Brother, Marc Becton; grandparents, Betty Joyce Redd and Raymond Roscoe Young.
