Mr. Carroll A. "Hank" Joyner, age 88, died Sunday, August 23, 2020 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro.
Hank was born in Burke County, lived in Millen most of his life, was a graduate of Berry College, a U. S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, and was a retired fisheries technician for the U. S. Fish Hatchery/Millen.

He was a member of Millen Baptist Church where he was a member of the BOCH Sunday School Class.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Judy, his second wife Delores, and son, Al Joyner.

Memorial grave side service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Millen Cemetery.

Survivors include his step-children, Michelle Morrison of Brunswick and Jay Harris of Alpharetta; a brother-in-law, Dorsey Boatright (Patricia) of Millen; 2 nieces, several cousins; 2 grandchildren, and a great granddaughter.
