Carolyn Louise Clements, 66, went to heaven to be with her mother and father, Horace M. Clements and Joan S. Clements December 13, 2018 on her Daddy's birthday.  Carolyn was born in Columbus Georgia on April 14, 1952 and is survived by her brother, Gib and wife Kim of Asheville NC, her sister Nancy Steele and her husband Bob of Indian Trail NC and her sister Joni Shaw and husband Sammy of Matthews NC.  Everyone that knew Carolyn loved her as she was always smiling and telling them that Jesus loves you.  She had an incredible memory for dates, especially birthdays and phone numbers.  She was God's special angel and will be missed by everyone that knew her.  Her family would like to thank all her wonderful caregivers over the years in particular, Janice, Wendy and Angie and many others for their love, kindness, compassion, and support.  Carolyn will be laid to rest at a later date in Buena Vista, Georgia next to her father and mother.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial to Hospice in your local area.
