C. Herbert Lee's Obituary
Mr. Clifford Herbert Lee, age 84, died Monday, January 28, 2013 at Washington Commons Retirement Community in Evans.
He was born in Jenkins County, a retired sales representative for Goldberg Furniture Company, member of Waynesboro Lodge #274 F&AM, and a member of the Fleming Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elma Louise Lee and a daughter, Deanna (George) Bradley.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 noon Wednesday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Park in Augusta.
Survivors include his 3 daughters, Patsy Lee (Michael) Nelms of Evans, Teresa Lee Jenkins of Pembroke, and Carol Ann Holder of Evans; a son, Clifford Herbert Lee, Jr. of Augusta; 3 sisters, Geraldine Fulghum of Covington, Betty Whitaker of Sycamore, and Regina Varnadoe of Millen; 7 grandchildren, Carl Darren Bradley, Stephanie Bradley, Michael Lee Nelms, Emily Nelms Rudd, Erin Jenkins Redmond, Jennifer Jenkins Grubbs, and Matthew Holder; and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:30 am until funeral time at 12:00 noon Wednesday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
