Mr. Bobby Gene Finch, Sr., age 72, died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at his residence.

He was born Rocky Ford, was a U. S. Army veteran of Vietnam, a retired electrician and peace officer, and a Baptist.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a. m. Friday, at West Millen Baptist Church with Rev. David Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Hebron Cemetery in Garfield.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Baker Finch; 3 daughters, Betty Sue (Richard) Harrison of Jefferson, Debbie F. (Tim) Frawley of Millen, and April (Stephen) Baskin of Valdosta; 4 sons, Troy (Julie) Oliver of Metter, Terry (Dawn) Oliver of Perkins, Bobby (Donna) Finch Jr. of Millen, and Tim (Jessica) Parks of Swainsboro; 2 sisters, Minnie Pearl Finch of Millen and Janie Ruth Browning of Greenville, SC; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Active Pallbearers will be Eddie Ray Woods, Buddy Rabitsch, Wayne Rabitsch, Jason Baker, Harry Joiner, Keith Taylor, Stephen Baskin, Bubba Black, and Kenny Wiggins.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Rodney Oglesby Construction Co., Franklin Garvin and Millen Police Department.

Visitation will be 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
