Mr. Billy Alligood, age 79, entered into rest Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Jenkins County Hospital.

Mr. Alligood was born in Norfolk, VA, had lived in Millen most of his life. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran, had retired as the Maintenance Supervisor for Jenkins County Hospital and was also retired from Jenkins County EMS both after 24 years of service Mr. Alligood was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cindy Taylor.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Millen Cemetery with Rev. Jamie Archer officiating.

The Family will receive friends after the funeral Friday at his residence.

He is survived by His wife, Geraldine Alligood; and his two grandchildren, Tyler Taylor and Lauren Taylor Milton.
