Barbara Jean Clarke Cochran, age 72, died Friday, April 1, 2022 at Ogeechee Hospice in Statesboro.

She was born in Jenkins County, was a retired seamstress for Jockey International and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Dale Cochran.

Graveside services will be Tuesday at 11:00 am at Millen Cemetery with Rev. Tim Fields officiating.

Survivors include her children, Ann (Derek) Lane of Millen and BJ (Eric) Wetherington of Pembroke; sister, Lottie Newton; grandchildren Brandon (Shawna) English, Emiliy English, Chance Wetherington and Colby Wetherington; and 3 great grandchildren.
