Mrs. Annie Lou Landing Dailey, age 88, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 2, 2012.
She was born in Screven County and a long time resident of Scarboro. Mrs. Dailey was the oldest and longest serving member of the Scarboro Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and swinging on her front porch.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Annie Pierce Landing, her husband, John "Buck" Dailey, twins, John and Carolyn Dailey, and a great grandson, Henry L. Durden IV.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday at Scarboro Baptist Church with Revs. Reginald E. Blakewood and Bruce Eaton officiating. Burial to follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include her 5 daughters, LouNeta (Sterling) Quick of Greenwood, SC, Gloria (Bill) Kent and Joyce D. (Carroll) Williams of Millen, Frankie (Rochel) Bland and Johnnie Ann (Therman) Fail of Statesboro; a son, Otis (Mary a very special daughter-in-law) Dailey of Millen; 2 sisters, Trudie (Randy) Newman of Glennville and Walton Burke of Sylvania; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild.
Active Pallbearers will be Billy Kent, John Kent, Joey Bland, Brad Dailey, Mikel Small, and Lance Griffith.

Visitation will be 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home.
