Andy was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather, and wonderful friend. He was born in Millen, Georgia and began his esteemed career with the United States Postal Service in 1972. After retirement, he went on to work as a Senior Manager for Netflix. After a second retirement, he enjoyed surrounding himself with his family and many friends, whether it be on the golf course, tennis court, or at a social gathering. He left an impression on everyone that met him. He had an uncanny ability to remember names, and greeted everyone affectionately. He never met a stranger and greeted everyone with a smile.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Anderson Hodges Sr. and Edna Mary Bland Hodges.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Jean (Schwonke) Hodges; children, Stacy Hodges (Robert) Brown and Brianna Hodges McCready; grandchildren; Kathryn and Madison; sister, Karen Hodges (Sammy) Tostensen; nieces and nephews; and life-long friends, Jim (Paulette) Warnock.
