Adrian King (Nana), age 47, of Leicester, entered into the gates of Heaven on November 29, at Mission Hospital, surrounded by her loving family and friends.Born   January   14,   1976,   in Atlanta, Georgia, spent most of her   childhood   in   Perkins,   GA, and was a resident of Buncombe County   for   most   of   her   adult life.   Adrian   was   preceded   in death   by   her   grandparents Robert   and   Adele   Hopper   and Sister Allison Leigh Shuman.Left to cherish her memory are her   husband   of   27   years, Stephen   King;   children   Emma King   (Chad)  of  Salisbury,   NC, Sydney   King   (Maisie)   of Rockingham,   NC,   and   Jacob King   of   the   home;   grandson Jamison,   who   was   the   love   of her heart  and  always made  her smile with pride.She   is   also   survived   by   her parents Mike and Alice Hopper Farr, Perkins, GA; siblings Lisa Shuman   Morse   (Sid)   of Asheville,   NC,   and   Chris Cranshaw   (Tammy)   of   Millen, GA;   several   nieces   and nephews.Adrian   was   a   fighter,   and although   given   many   obstacles to overcome she never gave up, fighting hard until the end. She will   forever   be   missed   by   the many people who loved her.A   celebration   of   life   will   be announced at a later date.
